Probably not: If you are not obese it would not be abnormal to see the pulse of your aorta as it runs thru your abdomen transmitted thru your organs to your abdominal wall. This is probably normal. Aneurysms are usually a problem of older people or people with certain connective tissue diseases. Rarely they are there from birth. If you feel a pulsatile mass have it checked . Your primary can examen you.

Unlikely: If you are thin, you are seeing normal aortic pulsation. Get your doctor to watch and feel at next exam.
