Good day i have been having a severe pain on my chest nd when that pain becomes stronger i struggle to breath, pain on my back between my shoulders, nd my heart rate when it rises i struggle to breath.. painful abdominal pains, feels like my kidneys?

Emergency room: The source of the problem may be related to an abdominal process such as an abscess. A full workup includes an ultrasound, chest image, labs and urinalysis.
