"Nose-job": Rhinoplasty is plastic-surgery intended to repair or reconstruct the nose. "anrhinoplasty" is not a real word.

Great question: I have no idea. :) rhinoplasty is a nose reshaping operation. The prefix -an usually means "without.". You may have a mis-spelling or perhaps someone has made up a term, but that isn't a real medical term that I have encountered.

rhinoplasty: Rhinoplasty is a surgical procedure in which the cosmetic and functional aspects of the nose can be altered. Rhinoplasty can help to reduce the size of the nose, reshape, and improve breathing. It is commonly referred to as a nose job.
