Yes - : Once the Mirena (levonorgestrel) is removed, the data show that 80% of patients who are trying to conceive, will conceive within the first year after its removal. Until you start cycling again, and tracking your menses, it is hard to know when you are ovulating, but yes - you are able to get pregnant again.
