Bppv: Your ENT should check for benign positional vertigo or orthostatic hypotension. If you are on blood pressure medication the latter is most likely.

It was probably: The result of your blood pressure not accommodation quickly enough to the rapid standing, low oxygen from low blood flow then whala. Go in if keeps occurring. Do you grind or clinch your teeth at night? There is medical treatment, look up sleep related bruxism, do you sleep well at night?
