Other symptoms?: Many possibilities. The fact that you are young makes benign causes more probable than serious ones - but no guarantee. Other symptoms with it? General health background would shift the possibilities. Do you get it if you are not moving at all? Is "dizzy" = spinning, movement sensation; or something else? How long have you had it? Can you produce it by doing something? Details important.
