My guess: Is that it may be positional. Are you sure it's circulation, if you still have sensation and some movement, it may be nerve. This may also benefit from positional change, it could be coming from the nerves in the wrist, carpal tunnel syndrome, in which case a wrist splint to keep wrist straight at night may help.
