Aches: Aches and pains can be from many reasons including arthritis, overuse, toxicity, fibromyalgia. Pain worse in morning is often arthritis. Pain worse through the night could be muscle soreness from overuse.

This can be a long: Conversation but let's say it's been going on for a while and no one can figure out why. Do you grind your teeth at night? That's the headache, most likely. Arthritis pain, insomnia, muscle spasm, if not sleeping, muscles do not relax allowing blood flow into muscles in a spasm loop. If new onset may be different but i bet u have recurrent insomnia and pain w/o diagnosis, private consult?
