Nothing: You should take antibiotics as prescribed, as your doctor has given you a specific dose to treat a specific problem. If you don't take the medication as instructed, it may be less effective at treating your problem.

Nothing: Taking an antibiotic at night for a cough is not standard therapy. It is best to see a doctor to figure out why you have a cough and treat the cause, not the cough.
