High BP: These numbers are a call for you to get active. Your BP is a bit high as is your weight. These two facts are closely related as your body's weight is 2/3 water--and excessive obesity thus contributes more to htn. Would suggest you start w your doc and do some bloodwork checking lipids and glc, HGB a1c, etc. Start monitoring bp, get on a diet, with attention to salt and alcohol reduction.
