GET IT CHECKED: We don't know why you chcked your BP in the morning at age of 25.Do you have any symptoms like dizziness or others your tachycardia may be from hyperactive thyroid or anemia and i suggest you get it checked by your doctor.

You need a monitor: It's very hard to diagnose a tachycardia on your history alone. Please see a doctor, preferably a cardiologist with a specialty in electrophysiology (ep). A home monitor can determine what kind of tachycardia you may have. Some may require further therapy, while other causes may be benign.
