For the past 2 weeks at around 6 pm my throat hurts and its very hard to swallow. it is fine in the morning and the day.

Throat pain: Dependent on the time of day is unusual. I would go see your doctor just because the symptoms are repetitive and I am not sure if they are significant. Maybe it is stress related? But sore throats can be from many things. One thing you dont want it to be from is a lymphoma. But you can only exclude these things by seeing your doctor.
