Lymph nodes?: Commonly referred to as 'glands' your lymph nodes can swell in response to an acute infection. This sounds like what you're talking about, especially since now, you're feeling a cold coming on. Make sure to take in lots of fluids and healthy food. If they're not gone within ~1 week, go to the doctor and make sure you don't need more testing.
