Arm pain elbow numb: More information is required but it is quite likely that you have some nerve compression. The question is where and why? Due to muscle entrapment, trauma, shoulder dislocation, cervical spine disorders, pressure from abnormal positioning during sleep, etc? All of these are possibilities and more. If they persist, discuss this with a physcian.
