Probable tonsils: The tonsils have pits and crevasses in them into which bacteria especially hemophilus and actinomyces can infect. Foul smelling and tasting debris comes out usually whitish to gray. Until it comes out there may be discomfort and bad breath. Some people manage by squeezing it out. Antibiotics against these bacteria may help.
