Since a child i usually get a type of sore throat that produces excess saliva. most irritating at night in bed. what is this? it is not mucus/phlegm.

Hypersecretions: You have hypersecretions of saliva. There a variety of reasons that can cause the condition. Reflux is one reason, poor oral hygiene is another. Your allergies may be a third reason.
