I have this tiny red dot on my tounge and its been hurting for a few days when i touch it with my teeth?

Check it if: We are worried about lesions that change dramatically in size, shape, color or pain. Pain is not a good sign, but might be ok if it only hurts when your teeth hit it. If it is just inflamed tissue, it should go away if you can keep from irritating it. If it continues or gets worse have it examined by an oral surgeon.
