No.: Provided you have no other risk factors (needle sharing, blood transfusion, unprotected sex), then this almost definitely not from HIV or aids. People can have enlarged lymphs nodes for many reasons. My advice: get examined by a doctor, get an std test (even if you've been using condoms), and put your mind at ease! good luck!

Doubtful: Lymph nodes under your chin do not clinch a diagnosis of hiv, but to be safe i would recommend you go for a routine HIV test.
