Second opinon: In my practice, I have not found that vitamins or minerals are useful in treating anxiety or panic disorder. I recommend getting a thorough examination from your family physician or internist, including a physical exam and laboratory tests to make sure you don't have some other general medical illness. After that, get another thorough psychiatric diagnostic evaluation. That should do it.

Integrative Psych: You've listed lyme disease and panic attacks on your information, and you sound frustrated. I don't think your best option is testing yourself for anything -- you need to work with an integrative psychiatrist, or other integrative doc who knows lyme.
