Need more detail: It is possible that delivery (or more likely change in lifestyle, diet etc)may have had an impact oin your bowel habit, but we need more detail on the natiure of the change to judge its importance and management.

Rephrase : What has changed? If you are breast feeding and constipated, you may need more water daily. But without symptoms explained it is hard to answer.
