Possible ectopic: A person with a history of "tubal blockage" can still become pregnant. Whether the tubes were blocked by infection such as chlamydia or pid, or were blocked intentionally (such as by getting a tubal ligation), a pregnancy may still occur. Ectopic pregnancy must be ruled out with serial HCG blood tests and ultrasound(s).
