Mixed diet: It is not appropriate to focus on one type of food. Have mixed diet of fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, low fat milk products, no tobacco and no more than one drink a day. Exercise at least 30 minutes/day. Foods with carbs include sweet potatoes, carrots, potatoes and most fruits.
