Pretty routine: A variety of common symptoms occur which include pain, bloody mucus discharge, congestion in nose and sinuses, and crusting. The pressure behind the eye should be relatively normal, as well. I would like to know if you had more work done, than just septoplasty, like some turbinate or sinus surgery. You should check with the surgeon to make sure she/he agrees that this is expected for you.
