Need to check w/ doc: Post-operative complications need to be managed by the doctor that performed the procedure. If this is 3 weeks later, I'm wondering 'what's going on' & I would think you definitely need to get back in there to be seen. You may need to start by going to the E.R. if there's any kind of resistance. I would call the surgeon first and find out if u can be seen today in the office. Hope you feel better.

3-4 weeks: easily- that is quite extensive surgery and your should consult your ENT surgeon-ASAP.

Pain: I would expect post surgical pain to last for up to two weeks but if this is not improving or is excruciating I would see my ENT ASAP
