Hi, i have hard crusty white skin which develops constantly inside the left interior of my nose. i pick it off after a few days but it seems to return?

Vestibulitis: Can be associated with a dry nose, picking at the area, or using q-tips inside the nose. You can get a low grade bacterial colonization of the hairs inside the nasal skin(vestibule). This creates a chronic irritation, crustiness, and sometimes clear discharge with occasional blood in it. See an ENT for treatment, usually ointments and antibiotics. However, other problems need to be ruled out.
