Depends: It depends on how advanced it is. Just for the record, early stage cervical cancer is treatable and even curable. No reason to get no treatment for it.

Depends on stage? : Could be from few months to a few years to many many years - if it is caught in a very early stage and is completely cured. All depend on the stage . Early stage can be cured. It is very important to have regular screening pap smear as recommended by your gynecologist.
