Possible Migraine: The relationship between tension headaches, cluster headaches and migraine headaches is complex. Half-sided headaches with eye problems sounds like either classic migraine or ophthalmoplegic migraine, depending on what those "eye problems" are. A neurologist specializing in headache should be able to help you find some relief. An ophthalmologist can exclude eye disease.
