Overall health: Fatigue is a very common symptom associated with so many things: not getting enough sleep, stress, illness, depression, etc. Please discuss with your doctor so that health issues can be ruled out. Otherwise, eating healthy, getting enough sleep, and being fit (exercise) are the keys to avoiding fatigue.
