Does penecilin help for urinary tract infection or is it the wrong antibiotic and is their anything over counter to help?

UTI: Uti may be caused by any of a number of different organisms. Penicillin may be the right drug for some organisms, but not for others. Your personal history of uti, local resistance patterns, culture results and drug availability should guide therapy. There is nothing otc that can help an established uti.
