Get a trainer: Overtraining is seldom a consideration. Probably your guide will urge you to do three sets of ten reps each, at the maximum weight you can handle this. Work each body area 2-3 x / week, skipping at least one day between. Work several different areas at each gym visit. Creatine and an electronic muscle stimulator unit (if okay with your physician) will help growth.
