No : These are two different parts of the GI tract. Regardless, if your asking the question because you have "narrowing" of any part of your GI tract (ie intestines, stomach, etc.), discuss with your doctor.

Stomach vs bowel: Fentanyl like any opioids reduces the movement of the bowels (peristaltic movements) if you have a narrowing into the bowel that needs a strong and sustained peristalsis to pass the content from one portion to the next then fentanyl it is not for you(you could get total or partial bowel obstruction)for the stomach area it does delay the gastric emptying, but does not produce obstruction.
