Diarrhea: It is impossible to know what was in the bone growing product you were taking. Start by seeing a gastroenterologist and get some stool cultures to rule out bacterial, amoebic or fungal infection.

Hard time passing gas unless in certain positions. Last solid BM was on the 9th, been constipated or going little since. Some stomach discomfort and I think bloat (overweight), can hear intestines sometime. Could it be bowel obstruction or impaction?
