Possibly: It sounds like you may have more restricted blood flow in one hand versus the other. It might be a good idea to see your physician just to make sure everything checks out.

May be: It is more serious if the colder hand also turns purple , otherwise you need to feel the wrist pulse to make sure there is no circulation problem.
