Possibly: How long has it been since you tattoo? All signs of irritation should subside by six weeks. Is there any associated rash? If so just check with your dermatologist.

Possible: It is possible that itching is the only symptom of an allergic reaction. Itching can also be related to other medical conditions- some infectious that could be related to a tattoo. I suggest you consult with your doctor.
