I have an itchy red rash around my new tattoo. i got it before with no such reaction bt after the final touch up the rash started?

ALLEGIC MAYBE: Could be allergic reaction obviously. Maybe to the ink or a particular color. Hard to say. You could apply some hydrocortisone cream from over the counter or some Benadryl ointment. Watch for any other signs of possible infection.
