Does reaction happens all over the body after scabies treatment? during scabies i was itching in some body parts but after treatment i am feeling itchy all over body. is it any allergic reaction or is it normal post treatment? when will itch go away?

The initial response to scabies is often triggered by localized skin reaction to the mite and focal skin irritation. Over time, the body develops a serum allergic response to the poop in the mite burrows which can last for weeks after all the mites are dead.
