Rash- need addle inf: There isn't enough information here. It could be a recurrent dermatitis (possibly seborrheic), fungal, or viral. How long does the rash last? Is there any pain, burning or itching?

Pilonidal cyst: This could be pilonidal cyst have a surgeon or wound care specialist take a look. They can either remove this or locally treat for infection and or inflammation. Have this checked.
