If that is all, no: More importantly, why are you getting daily headaches? You should see a neurologist who specializes in headaches in order to get to the root of the problem, and potentially prevent you from having to take medicine at all. That being said, if you are only taking those doses one time a day, you should be okay. Make sure to take the Ibuprofen with food.
