Pls give guideline to cure advanced stage of stomach cancer?

Advanced stomach: Cancer, or any advanced cancer, is probably not curable. Consult with an oncologist, who can suggest treatment to hopefully keep the cancer from progressing any further.

Metastatic?: Advanced cancer of the stomach is not usually curable. Rarely, resection will provide a cure if there is no evidence of lymph node metastases or distant metastases. Otherwise chemotherapy would be added but full care would be very rare.
