Burn: If a blister forms or the skin is open there is risk of infection.Best not to pop the blister.If it gets red , swollen, puss forms, you seek medical attn.

Rapid re-warming: If this is a thermal (freezing) injury, then the finger should be re-warmed. Submersion in warm (not hot) water can be done, for 15-30 minutes. The wound should be dressed with gauze and with antibiotic ointment and an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen given. Freon is concerning because inhalation or ingestion can lead to abnormal heart rhythms. So getting away from exposure is key.
