Ice: Quickly find an ice pack or a bag of something like frozen peas, and put it on the burned spot for 15 minutes. Do not cover it with butter or oil. The cold will take away the pain, keep the burn from spreading and maximize the healing. If you delay in this, you will have to live with the pain so do it as soon as possible.
