Structural problem: I have found that this is associated with a postural avoidance problem. There are three main areas of support that can cause posture to change. Your bite relationship descending down, feet ascending up, or hips both directions. You may have one, any combination, or rarely all three. Tx may involve a TMJ dentist, chiropractor/physical therapist, and/or foot orthotics. Other areas out of alignmt.
