No: Chronic Prednisone usage will create major risks for you even at a dose of 5 mg daily. They increase infection, poor wound healing, cataracts, osteoporosis and arteriosclerosis among other issues. I strongly urge you to consult an allergist and use more appropriate and safer therapies.
