I don't have food allergies, or other allergies. how likely is it that my tongue will swell? afraid of tongue swelling. this fear came out of the blue.

Very unlikely.: Tongues do not swell without a cause and it sounds to me that you have no causative factors. This worry you have is therefore unfounded and if it continues you should consider some counseling to help dismiss this fear. Life is magnificent if you can allow yourself to see it!
