Unlikely: Angioedema of the tongue is rare outside of allergic responses. A psychiatrist can help if you suffer from many irrational fears.

Very unlikely.: Tongues do not swell without a cause and it sounds to me that you have no causative factors. This worry you have is therefore unfounded and if it continues you should consider some counseling to help dismiss this fear. Life is magnificent if you can allow yourself to see it!
