Depends: Usually, aggressive treatment for cancer implies chemotherapy, radiation, and/or surgery. It really depends on the type of cancer and where ithas spread. The decision to move forward with these treatments has to be weighed against the toll the they will take on the person. These are difficult decisions. Get opinions from good oncologists, more than one if needed.
