Complicated: Hypercalcemia(high calcium) can occur for a variety of reasons, one of which is hyperparathyroidism. It looks like PTH is low normal and being appropriately suppressed by calcium which is mildly elevated. You should make sure you are not taking in excess calcium in supplements or diet, make sure your vit d level is normal. Ionized calcium may give more accurate reading of true calcium.
