My period after termination came 7weeks after the procedure and are very heavy. i have to change the sanitary towel every 2 hours. is it normal?

Yes, it can be: It can be quite normal for it to be late and somewhat heavier. I would monitor your symptoms and call your doctor if bleeding does not seem to subside. Certainly call if you have fevers or feel unwell, as there can be a risk of retained products. If things seem relatively normal (preceded by pms symptoms etc), then i would expect your normal cycles to resume.
