Got 2nd dose of pfizer periods came 9 days early and heavy flow on 2nd day.need to change tampon every hour.last cycle had heavy flow on 2nd day as well. tampon change every hour but return back to normal to low flow on rest of the days.is it normal?

Heavy bleeding is common though not normal. It is not likely to be related to the vaccination. You should take oral iron and multivitamins to prevent anemia. If you have heavy periods, you doctor can prescribe pills that can limit your period to once a year and prevent pregnancy as well.
