A member asked:

What's the time frame for rhogam shot? i am 28 weeks but my ob still haven't done it. previous pregnancies i had to have it at 28 weeks!

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Usually 26-28 wks: Rhogam typically offers about 6 weeks of coverage and it is generally recommended for rh negative women for "antepartum prophylaxis" at 26-28 weeks. It can certainly be given at 29, 30 weeks but i would discuss this with your OB provider-express your concern and ask if they have a different protocol plan. If so, why etc.
