Yes: You absolutely can get this shot at 29 or 30 weeks instead. If you have any bleeding episodes you should get that shot sooner.

Yes: It's ok to delay it by one to two weeks. The point of the shot is to bind up any fetal blood that might mix with your blood if you happen to deliver early so that your immune system can't form antibodies against it if it is different from yours.
